Thank you for shopping with us! As a small business, each of our items are carefully packaged and shipped with care. Please review our refund and return guidelines below:

 * All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

 * Case-by-Case Exceptions: Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to info@tracilynncreations.com. We review return or refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 * Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back at the customer's expense. The product must be received and inspected before any potential store credit, exchange, or refund is approved.

 * Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue right away.
